Instructors

We have a talented and experienced dance team ready to help you realize your dance potential!

Michelle has owned the studio since 2004. She and her husband, Keith, have been dancing together for over 20 years. Michelle has been teaching for over 12 years. She is certified as a Dvida Ballroom Dance Instructor and continues her passion and dedication to dancing continuing with professional training on a regular basis. She has trained with other Ballroom dance professionals including Ron Montez and Jim Maranto

 

 

Roman and Jennifer are professional Ballroom Dance instructors and Competitors, they were regional professional finalists in Theater Arts (OH and TX 2012, 2013), Open Smooth (2013) Closed Smooth (2012) Open Rhythm (2012), International Standard (2013), and Mixed Novice (2012), as well as numerous awards won with their students in pro/am competition. They have performed professionally throughout US, being featured dancers with The Rick Brunetto Big Band, Piccoala Opera, as well as The Otterbein Symphony. They have been featured as solo dancers at the Urban Garden Room in NY, Underground Arts in Philadelphia, The Davis Square Theatre in Boston, and at events like the New Orleans Fringe Festival, Columbus Italian festival, Columbus Arts Festival, Dublin Irish Festival, Cleveland Fashion week and many more.

Jennifer has been performing, coaching and choreographing burlesque for the past several years. She was a principal member of the Columbus Burlesque Collective, performing on a regular basis in all of their shows. She has also performed with her partner Roman, at some of the best Burlesque shows in the country, including Sexapalooza (Columbus OH), Teaseday (Boston), Burlesque and Beyond (Philadelphia), Great Burlesque Exposition (Boston), as well as many others. Other dance experience includes solo dance shows (with partner Roman) at the Urban Garden Room in NYC, The New Orleans Fringe Festival, The Dublin Irish Festival, The Columbus Arts Festival, and the Columbus Italian Festival.

 

I tried to dance a Mambo, but the music kept starting on the wrong beat.
